Google User Data Accessed

The application requests the Google Analytics read-only scope `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly`. Through this scope, the application accesses aggregated Google Analytics 4 reporting data for authorized Analytics properties, including metric dates, sessions, active users, traffic channels, device categories, landing pages, source/medium breakdowns and campaign breakdowns.

The application does not request write access to Google Analytics. It does not create, modify or delete Google Analytics properties, events, reports or configuration. It does not access personal Google account content such as Gmail, Contacts, Calendar files or Drive files.

How Google User Data Is Used

Google Analytics data is used to import aggregated reporting signals into the Jump & Climb Operations Hub dashboard. These signals are used by authorized Jump & Climb staff and administrators to evaluate traffic trends, compare marketing signals with operational demand, support occupancy forecasting and check the quality of planning inputs.

The imported data is displayed in dashboards such as Google Analytics settings, traffic signal analysis and forecast-support views. The data is processed only for business forecasting, operational planning and business quality-control workflows.

Data Sharing

Google user data is not sold. Google Analytics data imported through this application is not shared with advertising networks, data brokers or other third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host or operate the application environment, database, backup storage or deployment systems, but only as necessary to provide and secure the application. These providers do not receive Google user data for their own independent purposes.

Google Analytics data is not used to train AI or machine-learning models.

Data Storage and Protection

Imported Google Analytics reporting data is stored in the application database as aggregated daily signal records and breakdown values. OAuth refresh tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in browser responses or public pages.

Access to the operational dashboard requires authentication. Administrative functions are restricted to authorized roles. The production application is operated behind controlled server access, HTTPS transport and server-side configuration for credentials and secrets.

Data Retention and Deletion

Imported Google Analytics data is retained while the Google Analytics integration is active and while the data is needed for forecasting, operational planning or auditability of planning inputs. Authorized administrators can delete imported Google Analytics data from the application settings.

Users may request deletion of Google user data associated with the application by contacting info@jumpandclimb.de. After a valid deletion request, the operator will remove the relevant imported Google Analytics data and disconnect OAuth access where applicable, unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.

Revoking Google Access

Authorized administrators can disconnect the Google Analytics integration in the application settings. In addition, access can be revoked from the connected Google account security settings.
